Technology has made it possible for people to consume, consume, consume. When we gather in community, we constantly check our phones in Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO). When we get sucked into a new television series, we throw around the word "binge" to justify. When we overbook our schedules, we come home exhausted and craving our couch. 

 

I believe we need to take a step back and survey how our time is spent each day. Busy isn't always better. Choose your busy!
